What is counselling?
"A safe environment to work through your thoughts and feelings"
What happens during a counselling session?
Counselling offers you professional support when you are feeling low, anxious, depressed or stressed by providing a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment where you can work through your thoughts and feelings. It can guide you along a path of positive change. The process can help you find clarity, understanding and help you acknowledge your thoughts and feelings from a different perspective. It can also help you feel less alone and discover the resilience to make the changes to move forward.

If you would like a better understanding of the counselling process, I offer a 20 minute phone consultation. Please contact me and we can arrange a convenient time for us both.
What can you expect?
Counselling can help improve the quality of your life by providing a safe, confidential space to explore the areas of difficulty.

Counsellors are trained to listen attentively to your concerns without judgement, which means you can talk freely about what is on your mind.

I have a gentle, informal approach and I aim to help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the therapy process.

I work in an integrative way, so therefore I am flexible to your needs, allowing us to develop the best relationship for working together.
